Height is roughly 100mm and length depends entirely on the lenght of the name. All of the names will be cut in the same font size unless you specify by email that you would like certain names to be bigger.
Can either leave the name plain brown or have it sprayed white, pink or chrome silver with a choice of ribbon colour.

Laser cutting is a process by which the material is effectively burnt to cut the item out, therefore, it may occasionally leave a slight burn mark. It is rarely noticeable as this is part of the character of laser cut items, however, I like to make you aware that some burn marks may be noticeable from time to time.
